"I typically go to the Lane Bryant at the outlet and have never had a bad experience there. I will continue to go to that Lane Bryant and will not opt for this location again. To preface, I wasn't here to shop. I was there to do a pickup on an online order, the first time I've done an in-store pickup. When I mentioned I was there to pick up my order, the associate told me that because I was picking up an order, I was able to get 50% off one item in store excluding clearance. Originally I wasn't interested, she pressed, I picked out a bra I liked that was marked for $35 (not clearance) and another associate and I went through the process of ordering it online in my size. I mentioned how 50% off of $35 was a great deal for a bra more than once. When it came time to pay, another associate (I'm assuming the manager) had to assist with bringing the online order into their register for payment. She said the bra doesn't qualify for the 50% off but that she would accommodate and give me 50% off the full price, which made it $32 before tax. I told her I was under the impression it was half off the $35 price tag and she was defensive and rude saying it was a doorbuster price and that it doesn't qualify. I decided against the purchase and left with my online order. If you offer a discount, be more clear in the details. I wasted over 30 minutes of my day because of a misunderstanding that could have been prevented and the manager should have honored the 50% off the marked price as the item was NOT clearance which was the only exclusion I was told. Skip this store, go to the outlet. They are much friendlier."

"I went in to swap bras that I ordered online for a different size. I bought 2 on their sale for $15 each. Went in and the lady was very helpful. She tried everything she could to serve me. They didn't have my size in the clearance bras. She looked online and still nothing. I tried on numerous bras and liked several of them but everything I liked she didn't have... she only had that one I tried on. But the clearance bras that I get for $15 was out of my size. If this makes sense? Same brand same everything except the color. But I had to get that specific color for the clearance price. So I ended up just getting a store credit of $30 and buying one of the bras that I liked for full price. After my $30 credit I still owed $17. So in the end I only walked out with one bra and paying $17 extra. I wasn't happy. The service was good but I felt like she could have given me the other color bra that they had in my size."
