"Came to make a return today and was quickly in and out. Even got a chance to try out a couple clothing items, no lines and customers were being checked out quickly. I’ll be back at this location for sure. Great customer service overall! My cashier was nice and cute, shout out to Ignacio!"

They took their time helping my wife and I find some outfits. Sam even helped me save 20% off applying for the credit card. We need more people like them working in this location."

"Extremely rude and terrible customer service. The old hispanic lady at the checkout was Extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in for a return, following the exact instructions as mentioned on the Email and return receipt, she denied taking my return. Upon showing her the instructions on the express Email she rudely said "She does not care what it says on the Email". She even rudely yelled at me "I don't care if you ever come back or not". Not sure how express trains their staff to be this rude and not follow and agree to the instructions mentioned on the email. I am never shopping express again. Rude and disrespect staff."
