"Tall Indian lady was incapable of helping us find a size 2 in some cute shorts (asked 3 times and all three times she acted like we hadn't told her the same request 10 minutes ago... the store was empty). She repeatedly ignored my family. Very weird. There's a reason White House Black Market has been our go-to place. Chico's needs to help their staff understand how to treat customers."

"I asked a tall Indian lady to help me find a size 2 in shorts (today around 4pm)... I had to ask three times. She never ended up helping me and my mother and ignored me when I went up to her to ask for help that last time. The black lady at the cashier was very nice and helped us immediately. Will not be returning. Disgusting customer service."
