"Grate experiece became the worst Came in and Ida Estrada received us only contacted us the first time when she told us there did not have our furniture in stock that we had already bought, after that we went 3 time and who ever is a sales manager told us they would send a refund request and a cancellation, that never happen I have the financial party calling that I need to pay because apparently the store has sent them emails not releasing our refund"

"they're a bit on the pricy side and the warehouse tried to deliver me furniture that was damaged by them! I was told to accept it and wait two weeks for a replacement smh after going in the store and speaking with the manager he made it right and my new un damaged sectional was delivered in three days!! the customer service was great and for this reason I may shop again if they're having a sale because they hit ya pockets with the extra fees! 150 to deliver something that YOU sold me is ridiculous and I paid cash no financing spent over 1700.00 and still had to pay them to deliver my stuff I don't like that!"

"JESSICA on Military has no idea how to manage this job. My parents were supposed to have their couches delivered today DECEMBER 1st, she made a “mistake” and set up delivery date for DECEMBER 1st 2024, not a problem, mistakes happen but the way she handled it was so unprofessional. No apologies WHATSOEVER!!! I call and she is super rude and won’t answer any questions because she’s “driving”. I was calling her for clarification and she didn’t even let me talk, AS SOON AS I MENTIONED MY PARENTS NAMES since they’re on the order all she said was “I already talked to her” ok? talked to who? My question wasn’t did you call my mom, IM CALLING YOU FOR CLARIFICATION which is your JOB. My mom had called her earlier and didn’t give any information either. If you make a purchase from this store, make sure it’s not from JESSICA. The store ends up answering my call and a man helps me instead, he apologized for the inconvenience which is all we wanted! I never leave reviews but WOW, she’s SO unprofessional, now that she received her commission she does nothing to help my parents. Thanks to the man who answered my call."

"Order No. 126236, Really bad experience, We wait for long time my items be delivered, the dinning table and chairs damaged, they didn't deliver the kitchen cabinet, The Manager at this place really incompetent, customer service really bad, Yolanda customer service manager totally bad. No one hel me at all, and I paid 2,358.77 my table is damaged chair damage and not kitchen cabinet, no answers at delivery guys left the box so you can see the hole in the box the same as the table."
