"MY CAR SOUNDS AMAZING NOW, and the service was INCREDIBLE - walked in Monday, left my car there Tuesday, walked out Tuesday with immaculate sound in my vehicle. Thank you!"
"I was at Pep Boys for 4hrs only for them to send me on my way telling me I had a possible battery draw due to whatever after market accessories I had installed. I came to this shop and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within an 1hr. Turns out it was a loose screw on the battery terminal. These guys are amazing! I’ll definitely be back if I need any more work done."
"Complete highway robbery, very unprofessional. Read their reviews from other customer's first like I should have done. I look for the complaints to determine their customer service when things don't go according to plan. I contacted them for an amp and Stereo installation on my CL 500 Mercedes. I left my vehicle with them for 5 days while taking a cruise for my birthday. I had an appointment for Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. to drop my car off and I was to pick up my vehicle the following Monday at 10:00 a.m. when they opened. They let my car sit for 3 days, they started the installation on Saturday. When I arrived Monday exhausted and ready to pick up my car, of course it wasn't ready. . I had to wait in the lobby an additional 3 hrs. After leaving my car with them for 5 days. The problems I encountered. Blake gave me his recommendation for the amp needed, but when I arrived he stated, my apologies I gave you the wrong amp info. Don't worry, I'll find you one at a cost close to the $500 price you spent. I noticed after reading the reviews other customer's had this same experience. Oops, those are the wrong parts. The replacement amp was $899, which was $400 more than the recommended one I initially purchased. They then text me Saturday morning while I was on my cruise saying I have two bad speakers that I obviously didn't know about, "but don't worry we can sale you some of ours and have the car ready by Monday morning still." Keep in mind they've already had my car 3 days. I arrive Monday 5 days after dropping my car off to find Blake still working on my vehicle. I was then told, they didn't have time to get the other speakers so only one speaker is working in my vehicle. All of my speakers were working when I dropped the vehicle off. If they weren't I would have also purchased speakers while purchasing everything else. I was told by a local installer that the amps crossover wasn't activated, but should have been, this oversight could have caused a short circuit of the rear speakers. None of my rear speakers worked in my vehicle after picking the car up from this shop. After sitting for an additional 3 hours my vehicle was thrown together, with wires all over the place and my amp placed in my trunk unsecured / unbolted to the vehicle with foam inserts around it. I paid the $1300 tab and drove my vehicle with only one speaker playing back to Dallas. I told them I would have the speakers looked at when I returned to Dallas by a local stereo shop. If I'm dissatisfied do I have a warranty? Blake said yes , if something isn't right we'll make it good. Dwayne said no, we don't warranty the parts we sold you, only the labor. The manufacturer warranties the parts. Wait what, this $899 Amp you just sold me isn't warrantied by you? Blake says yes, Dwayne says no. Blake tells Dwayne we've warrantied them 1000 times. Dwayne then tells Blake to stop putting him in the middle of deals then. That was a red flag! The local shop viewed their installation and was disgusted by it. I was as well after they opened the trunk panels and revealed what I had paid for. After repeatedly calling and being ignored for days, I finally spoke with Eddie who said I'm not giving you a refund on anything, drive your car back to Houston and we'll make it good. I told him no, I want my money back, I don't want you guys to ever work on my car again. I didn't receive what I paid for . I am currently in the process of suing because the owner Eddie States we don't give refunds. Drive back to Houston and we'll make it good. I say no, you should have done it right the first time. My Stereo antenna and multiple inserts were not connected to the car stereo, it was just placed in the dash. I couldn't tube to any radio stations. The amp was thrown in the corner of my trunk, and secured with foam. Wire's were hanging everywhere. No zip ties, nothing neatly tucked away, just thrown in the corner and covered up. Here are the photos to prove this. Eddie the owner wouldn't even discount the labor. His response, "just bring the car back to us." Yeah right!"
"Pore wiring job of a black view battery. Spliced into a factory corvette wiring harness instead of wiring it to a fuse connector. I am the new owner of this car that the previous owner hired them to do the work. Have these guys show you your install prior to paying!"
