"Tech came out to look at possible repair, have literally been ghosted ever since. Have left multiple messages on multiple voicemails, all unanswered. Was looking to purchase new laundry equipment. This place will not get my business, taking it elsewhere, found a company that cares and is responsive. Use a company that wants the business and is responsive, this isn't the one, don't use them! :("
