"Came here on the 8th of December because I needed a new mass air flow sensor. He said he could get part for 200 and reset the computer for 100, totaling 300. Not bad for the price. But then, not even a month later the check engine light comes back on with the same issue, mass air flow sensor. I come back and he told me he couldn't do anything about it without the receipt. Like dude, I showed him my bank statement and showed him that I was there and I see that I was charged over $500 for an issue that wasn't even fixed!! Didn't want to resolve the issue, so I walked away."

"Went in looking for a set of 4 tires used because I am short on money. These so called professionals sold me some 35x12 20’s for $650 that included balancing. Good deal is what I thought until I drove off feeling like I was on blocks instead of wheels. Going over 35 mph felt like I was driving in an earthquake and going over 50mph felt like the truck was going to fall apart.They balanced the front tires like some true amateurs and did nothing for the rear ones even though I paid $150 for them to do so correctly. I knew I purchased them used, so I asked them what my options was to get another set of used tires and the best answer they could give me is to buy another set, yup you read that right, to buy another set and he said that with a straight face ( The owners brother mind you). Then they tell me that I need suspension work….I want answers, I was calm throughout the whole disaster but I am getting more and more angry because with the money I spent trying to make this work, I should have gone and purchased new tires. This is a lot of money to just blow off just so that I could not drive my truck anyways. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied."

"I only stopped here because it was close to a friend’s house. I had stopped by Southwest Alignment Services on Richmond Avenue and they had quoted me $70 the day before. I just didn’t have enough time to finish the service. But I asked for an alignment at “Paisa Auto Tires” and the guy said it was $120. Then I told him that it was a one time alignment, not a lifetime alignment I was looking for. And he said “yeah, it’s still $120”. I heard the price and I walked away at the absurdity of it. Then he said, “well we can do $100” as I was walking away. And I still said no. The he said how much are you looking for? And I said $70-$80. Then he replied with, “we don’t even do those prices for regular cars like Toyota or Honda. You have a BMW. It’s more expensive.” First of all, I know the average prices for an alignment. My wheels were stock so no modifications that usually costs more to align. Y’all definitely did not help a “Paisa” out! But here is a great recommendation for your next alignment, RIGHT AUTO DIAGNOSTICS, located on Bissonnet St also and two traffic lights away from this location. They did a laser alignment and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! I am only being petty about this because it felt like a scam to me. It was the same type of service but they wanted to charge 50% more? It’s absolutely ridiculous. Paisa Auto Tires… y’all need to be honest and stop inflating your prices! I left proof of receipt as well so y’all can match or be within range of service charges."
