Had my 4 tires stolen and after going to 2 other wheel and tire shops that were basically useless, they were able to explain to me my options and deals in getting my car some new rims and tires. Multilingual explanation of services: English, Spanish and other languages! Customer service was superb, offered me payment plans and the best options for my budget and my car. Since I had NO wheels they gave me the run down on how to get my car to the shop! They also took in mind the model of my car and the need to include the sensors on it to sync and wheel locks to NOT have this happen again!!!!!! Also explained the make of the tires and rims which was very nice. The rims and tires I selected were not in stock and needed to be ordered. The estimated delivery time was given and met. Gave me an accurate wait time while waiting for the service to be done while in shop. The rims are NICE (not like my originals not NOT bad) VERY reasonably priced! Very pleased with my purchase and in coming here!"
