"Everything I’ve tried here has soooo much flavor. There are places you try once and never go back, this isn’t one of those places. The pork belly nachos were amazing. You can’t go wrong with their pretzels. My husband and I took one home “to-go”. It was halfway gone before we got home. I recommend the pretzel charcuterie board to share if you’re not too hungry and want to have something to nibble on while you enjoy your beverage. Speaking of beverages, they have the tastiest adult beverages with something for every preference. I promise you, Longtab does not disappoint."

"Stumbled upon this place on Instagram and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere made me feel like I was in a brewery in Austin. They had a good selection of beers, and offered some wine and cider options. I love pretzels and had to try theirs. I decided to go with the garlic Parmesan one and it was amazing! The owners, both retired Green Berets, have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere where people can come together to enjoy great beer and food. The beer selection at Longtab is top-notch. They offer a wide variety of styles, including Belgians, Germans, and American ales. My personal favorite is the V42, a deep red Trappist style ale. It's full-bodied and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness that balances out the bitterness. In addition to the great beer, Longtab also has a delicious food menu. The kitchen uses locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, and the dishes are inspired by a mix of Belgian, German, and local Texas fare. I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos, which are made with tender pork shoulder that's been smoked in-house. The Green Beret theme is evident throughout the brewery. The walls are decorated with military memorabilia, and the staff are all veterans. It's clear that the owners are proud of their service, and they've created a space where other veterans can feel welcome. "Being a veteran, it’s always good to see places support the troops, but it doesn’t stop there. The food has NEVER failed to impress. The beer is always good. I’m an IPA drinker so the options are usually slim for me, but I also recognize that isn’t necessarily their style and am happy to adjust accordingly. It is really a great place. Check it out!"

"This place is really run well. It’s veteran owned and you can tell the love and respect the employees have for their job and the establishment. It’s shows through the attitude, the beer, the service, and the food. Everything we had was delicious. Roast beef sandwich and pretzel brat , both incredible. All the beers have a quick story behind their names which is cool. Comfortable seating and great decor make this place a win win win. Although it’s the complete opposite side of town from us, we will be back. Go check them out. It’s worth it."
