"I spent forever looking for an Italian restaurant in San Antonio . I selected this place and it was extremely disappointing. The bread was sliced and toasted so it was crispy. I did not care for the olive oil that was used had a lemon flavor . The ricotta in the the ravioli was very grainy. I was hoping to get the gnocchi that had three different sauces, but it wasn’t on the lunch menu and possibly not on the dinner menu I don’t know and then to top it off there was a bug crawling on the toilet, you know the kind that made it extremely hard to want to eat here afterwards. I know it probably crawled up the clean out but still hard when that’s my first impression. There were quite a few people here, so it just might not be my type of Italian food but I normally love homestyle."

"The food is truly deserving of a 5 Star rating! It’s delicious. What I didn’t like is the pastas have little sauce, but that didn’t take away from me knowing how good they were. It’s just that more is needed, but I wouldn’t call the pastas dry. The Chicken Picatta was so amazing and the best dish! The capers were so delicious and large. The flavor was a lemon butter. I absolutely loved it and know everyone else will. It wasn’t bitter. It was just right, perfect! The chicken was soft and had no fat in it. The shrimp exquisite. The shrimp were on the Lemon Shrimp Pasta. It needed more lemon flavor and more sauce. It tasted more like olive oil and Parmesan cheese than lemon. However, the Chicken Picatta was exquisite and had all the lemon flavor you would want in a dish. It was yummy. I can’t wait to revisit again and take my whole family. Also, the pizza was delicious. I enjoyed it for Valentine’s Day! It had all the veggies for 25. They just forgot to put jalapeños even though I asked them to put jalapeños and skip out only on Anchovies. That was a bummer, but the flavor was definitely there, and I recommend it."

"Nice tasty food, both the penne pasta and ravioli were awesome. Update.. went there second time and I was not disappointed. We had a bottle of wine, spinach artichoke dip, fettuccine with blackened chicken, vegetarian pizza, crème brûlée and Tiramisu. Tiramisu was a little bitter for my taste. Everything else was very good."

"The service was phenomenal, we had reservations for 8 and were seated immediately. The atmosphere is welcoming. The mozzarella sticks were cheesy & tasty! The lasagna was layered perfectly and the marinara sauce was superb. All the dishes pictured were plated beautifully. Everyone enjoyed their food & we will definitely be coming back!"
