"It was my first time ever servicing my vehicle on my own, and aside from watching a few youtube vids online, I had close to no idea where to start. I called to ensure Advance auto had the parts I needed before I made the drive over there. I spoke with Mr. John Garcia at store #8408. Such a huge help! Provided plenty of helpful tips and insight I needed to get the job done in a safe, and efficient manner! The manager Dorothy was also very kind and respectful! Will be coming here more in the future for sure!"

"If I could give zero stars I would ,brought my motorcycle battery in to get charged come back 2 hours later and apparently they pet some old lady customer back into the charging station and she took mine instead it's special order.... and now I'm stranded because of the shear lack of professionalism..... NEVER COMING TO ADVANCED AGAIN . MORE LIKE ADVANCED RIP OFF !!!"

"Very sad. I just went to this location because my car is starting but hesitantly. I asked if thy could test my battery. The two guys said, I'm sorry ma'am but we close in1.5 hours and we are not allowed to go outside. Company policy they said. Wow"

"They had what I needed but service was really bad, very short answer not willing to help, and then I am told that they don’t have 1 of the items I need, didn’t even bother to look. I found myself on shelf after a while of searching because my mobile app was showing that the filter was in stock. If items were not fairly priced I would have gone somewhere else just because of service."
