Very forceful and condemning when speaking to customers. The manager comes across timid and nice but when pushed he can get nasty. So can I which I why I will never use this location ever again."

"I rented a 65 inch TV and called time after time to get them to repair it because it keep going off and coming back on each time I was told someone would contact me for repairs I keep making my payments until it was paid off it has completely went out and now they say it's nothing they can do so I'm out of money and a TV never again"

"I am giving 1 star because The gentlemen and Mrs Paula are very professional and kind. The store manager Jalisa or however her name is spelled is very rude and do not have any manors. As a loyal customer that has paid off an account early previously do not deserve to be talk to any kind of way. I agreed to a lease agreement not knowing the economy will be in such a crisis tell everyone is struggling right now. People get big headed like they have never been late on a bill and decide to talk to others any kind of way.I will be filling a complaint with BBB addition to seeing what else can be done moving forward."
