"Found this great place through eBay and it happened to be close to work! Stopped by during lunch to check out a Dacor built-in fridge in person and met the owner David. David let me take my time to look it over and plugged it in so I could check it out. Good communication during my delivery and after to make sure everything was ok, I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this place for high end appliances at great prices!"
"This is the place to go if your looking for high end appliances at affordable prices. David was A1 from day 1, incredibly helpful & knowledgable with an amazing array of inventory to choose from. One stop shop for your home or business. Recommended highly."
"This was originally a 5-star review, and it's disappointing that I need to change this. Long story short, lemons happen sometimes, but it is important to resolve the issue ethically. We purchased a ~$3,000 wall oven from David (the owner) on Ebay for a new build. This was during the height of supply chain shortages and buying an appliance new could take months. We drove to his location to pick it up and he had it all packaged and loaded on a forklift to load into our vehicle when we arrived. Not plugged in and ready to test, but boxed and on a forklift. Sadly our vehicle was slightly too small, but we used the time to purchase two other kitchen appliances (~$1,500) from David and came back a few weeks later to pick up the oven with slightly more storage. Then the supply chain issues hit other parts of our build and the kitchen was delayed and delayed again. When it was finally ready to install our oven, months had gone by. We were excited to finally use it, but there were major problems. Apparently David had replaced the door of the oven, but under the door there was significant damage to the frame. The entire top oven did not work, and the drawer used by the steam function was jammed. It is not possible for this damage to have occurred after we received it, as all the damage is located under the pristine, intact door David installed before selling the oven to us. We let David know, then contacted Samsung warranty. They sent someone to look at it, determined it was physical damage to the frame and not covered by warranty, and their contracted repair person said the damage was irreparable. We contacted Allstate extended warranty. They said physical damage such as this was also not covered by them. David said it had been more than a month since we purchased it so he would not help. We did a lot of legwork and found a repair person who worked on it. They managed to fix the top oven (the frame is still damaged, but it works). The steam drawer they declared was unfixable. The total cost to us for the repairs was ~$200. We understand that this is a scratch and dent shop. We understand that they try and fix up the appliances the best they can, but there will be, as they say, lasting scratches and dents. Having an entire half of a double oven be completely inoperable is something that should have been caught before it was sold (the lights did come on, but even attempting to set it to bake showed the problem), but sometimes these things slip through. What matters is making it right. Thankfully it was only a ~$200 repair to get things (mostly) functional again and we have not in any way requested a full refund. We hoped David would do the right thing and eat the cost of the repair, considering we have spent ~$4,500 with him. After communicating with him and his staff multiple times the final decision is he is not willing to pay any of the cost of repairs. That's very disappointing. Previously we had left glowing reviews and recommended Price Less Appliances to many people. Now we have to correct this and warn people to stay away. When everything goes right, David can be a very friendly and helpful individual. But a person's true character shows when things go wrong."
"David gave us a good deal. We went for a washer I found on eBay, but there was a better fit for us when we got there, so we changed it. We also got a microwave and a treadmill. David is very laid back, helpful and has a lot of stuff to choose from."
"David actually took time to go over the options in my price point as well as explain the differences between the brands. I love my new GE JS760SPSS Range. Thank you for the amazing deal."
