"Made an appointment for 11, but when we got there the only sales person was helping someone and told us it would be another 20 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later and they were gone. 45 minutes later a different sales person came up and told us they both were working with other customers and it would be another hour at least. Horrible customer service"

"Went there today but kind of my fault for scheduling last minute but even before they told me it wouldn’t arrive on time I had a bad feeling. Went up to the counter and told them I had an appointment and they just all looked at each other like who is going to take him. They were tossing the iPad around until someone would take me. They need to find new workers who actually want to work instead of talking…. Bad experience would never go again."

"Buyer beware... they say no refunds and will remake it. But ask yourself what is your time worth.? 5 times my jackets come in small and have to be remade.... 4 to 6 weeks each time . Zero customer service!!! Still no jackets that i can wear. calling the 1-855 number and you will never get a person just the afterhours message . No idea how they have managed 2.7. Read the better BBB and other reviews. Every employee hands the issue off to another person. April 27th order now 9/29/23 and they want to remake it again!!!"

"I wanted to gift my husband a custom suit and decided to book a fitting with Indochino inside the Nordstrom at the Woodlands. The day came for the fitting and when we arrived to checkin at 11am we were told that there is no one there to take the measurements and they don’t know what time the person would be arriving. We were asked to come back at 2pm (3 hrs later) to meet with Cameron so we graciously agreed despite having other plans. When we got back at 2, we were told the person who is supposed to see us is not there. So we ended up having to see Dante. This already left a bad taste in my mouth since it seemed completely disorganized and bad customer service especially when you are paying over $500 for a suit. Dante was helpful and kept on apologizing and we ended up getting the suit ordered with him (only reason I added an extra star was his helpfulness). When ny husband received the suit and shirt, the measurements on the shirt were off. We made another appt to get this adjusted and when we arrived, again we are told that he is not even in the system. This made no sense as he had the text confirmation confirming the time!! I was livid and the manager I believe had to help us as again no Indochino employees were there. I’m not even sure he worked for Indochino. I definitely don’t recommend coming here for anything Indochino. I am appalled that Nordstrom who is known for its customer service would allow customers to be treated this way."
