"Absolutely horrible service.me and my husband usually love shopping at men’s Wearhouse , so when we visited Houston came to this store. The sales girl was absolutely horrible to us, so we left in 20 seconds and drove to another store 13 miles away to buy the shirt we wanted."

"Returned tuxedos from my daughter’s wedding and it was easy and flawless. In and out in 5 minutes and Joe was so kind as to resolve an issue we had returning the suits a little later due to circumstances beyond our control. Nice way to wrap things up after the hectic wedding. Thank you Joe!"

"Went to this location to be fit for a wedding. The suit I tried on for the fitting was perfect but what I was given on the day of the wedding was a different story. I had to use 10+ safety pins just to make the pants and neck look close to reasonable. When I approached the store about this issue on the day of the drop off, they had me put on the jacket and told me it looked fine. It was so not fine that the wedding photographer had to stop photos for other groomsmen to attempt to fix the horrible fit. No accountability. No customer service. Very disappointed in Men’s Wearhouse and will never return. Avoid at all costs."

Tiffany greeted us and helped my husband find a jacket, several shirts and vests that not only fit our budget but fit him! The store was clean, organized and the staff was friendly and service was excellent!!!!"
