"Went into the store at noon on Sunday with my husband. We were not greeted when we entered into the store. Noone asked if I needed any help. I walked around the store and tried on several leather jackets for 20 minutes. I found one I wanted to buy, but I put the coat back because I did not feel welcome or treated like a valued customer. My spouse and I were dressed nicely in business casual clothes. The store had maybe 3 or 4 employees working that day. There were maybe 4 customers total in the store walking around. They were not busy. I will not go back. I opted to drive to the Park's Mall in Arlington to get a leather jacket at Dillard's. It's a shame because it's a beautiful well layed out store. Lots of selections of coats. The prices were pretty reasonable especially considering the jackets were 100 percent leather that I was looking at. Smelled wonderful inside the store. Very organized. I wish I was a secret shopper to help the owner see that all he or she needs are the right employees trained in customer service, similar to the training Marriott hotels offer or the big franchised stores. I wish this store well, but I am sad they let me down in feeling welcome."

"We stopped by while we were walking around on New Year’s Eve. Glad we did. They had a great selection and the employees were very helpful and friendly. My wife found a nice leather jacket she is looking forward to wearing. Thanks!"

"I just left the Ft Worth location with a nice waist coat. Why one star? Employees should NEVER ask someone if they have their spouse’s permission to buy. NEVER. I’ve bought my own clothes for almost 50 years and have never needed anyone’s permission. I’ve also never been asked that by a rude, presumptuous salesperson. If I hadn’t really liked the jacket, I would have walked out. I was sure to ask a different clerk to take my money in case they work on commission. Still shaking my head….."
