The young lady proceeded to get her scan wand, checking the information I gave her until I questioned her. Her response, we have to check. There was no need for the extra drama. I purchased this item on 5-17 and returned it today for 32.99 and purchased other items total 74.67. Do better. Don't treat me like a criminal"
"They are putting items on the shelf that LITERALLY DO NOT WORK. The box of the item wasn’t in great condition so it was probably already returned….bc it didn’t work, and they still decided let’s put this back on the shelf?? There’s really no logic for that, this is the worst location from the service to the product."
