"Went to UNTUCKit after a friend recommended and had a horrible experience.. the customer service was probably the worst I’ve experienced in any clothing store. I walk in and no one greets me or asks if I need help finding something while I’m browsing in this small store. I then noticed all of the sizes were small, medium and large! No 2X sizes. When I approached one of the employees about trying on a shirt in my size I was told they had no inventory and I would have to order a shirt just to try it on… after several failed attempts of trying to find something that can fit me I gave up on this brand and will not be back."

"I've been coming to this store since, having bought online previously, it opened. The service, no matter who is working is always excellent. I will call out Winston today as a standout beyond the usual amazing service. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable! Just a great experience. Their products are top notch. They have tall slim shirts which are great for people like me. And they stand behind their products. A little pricey for some, but the quality, fit, style, and service is easily worth it. The cheaper stuff just doesn't hold up or fit like these clothes."

"I visited a customer across the street when I realized the UNTUCKit store was in front of me. I was interested in their shirt design concept but didn't have much time to shop. Decided I needed someone from their store to accurately tell me what size/style shirts fit my body type the best. They were busy but the store manager and his staff didn't miss a beat juggling all the customers in the store at the time. I was in and out of there in 5-7 minutes and ordered three 2XL Slim shirts online later that day."
