She also picked out another sports jacket I wouldn't have considered but loved instantly when I tried it on. She also coordinated dress shirts and tie colors to go with the coats that I bought. "Very nasty experience. They locked the doors 5 minutes early and mouthed at me “closed” through the window. It was 5:55. I came in because they sent me a Black Friday mailer. Literally their mail campaign worked to get me there, but their employees were too nasty to let me in. Look, I’ve got kids. It’s hard to make a special trip to the men’s store. I had one thing in mind to grab and it would take less than 5 minutes. If anybody at corporate reads these, your ground level employees here at the Overton Ridge store are chasing away your customers."
