"These guys did an amazing job from ordering the right battery to installation. We took our car to Toyota for a diagnostic but wasn’t about to pay their outrageous prices plus additional nonsense charges and markups. After looking online and reading some reviews, we found Greentec. Being in San Antonio, I got a little discouraged at first as they are based out of Dallas with a shop in Houston but John was very helpful over the phone and Ron drove 3 hours each way to install a new battery as well as run a diagnostic check while providing some helpful tips. Thanks to Greentec, our 2007 Prius with 191k miles should be running the roads for a few more years. These guys are awesome!"

"What GREAT service! Ron kept me informed throughout the whole process, and was, get this, up front and honest!!! My dealer wanted almost $8k to replace the hybrid battery (after many weeks of the 'run-around'.) So naturally, I did some researching when they quoted me. Not ONLY was Grentec highly rated, they had new and refurbished hybrid battery replacement options. Ordered the battery, Ron was EXTREMELY patient with me when I was having issues getting the vehicle from the dealer and towed over to them. There was an issue with my regular car battery as well, and he discussed my options with me and got authorization prior to replacing it. And, well, wouldn't you know... The vehicle started working again!!! All of the "Hybrid system error" issues stopped. I had him keep it for a few days and put around 100 miles on it, and the issues STILL did not come back! I was floored! Especially after the dealer said they had to send the diagnostics in to their 'Corporate Technical' team to figure out the issue. But they didn't figure it out!!! Their answer was 'replace the hybrid battery' at great cost to me. Now, Ron could have simply replaced the Hybrid battery like I ordered and gotten his pay day. But the man has integrity!!! So, bottom line? I WILL be returning to Greentec and Ron if I have ANY issues with it again! Well done Greentec, and thank you again Ron!!!"
