"i ordered a 2013 nissan santra bumper to be painted. they fold the bumper 3 times so it could fit in a smaller box. . the bumper end up beiing crack at the folded spots . whoever did this must been really dumb. if anyone is planing on order bumpers to be painted ... i would recommand to find someplace esle cause they will fold it this is very unprofessional . i mean com'on they FOLD IT .... Still can"t believe it .that's really f#$%ing dumb !!! you know exactly who i am ...bullcrap..... i try to contact you by phone multiple time... the issue is that you don't fold car parts that are not suppose to be folded... you can find all excuses you want ....it won't make you look better. this is terrible costumer service !!!"

"Bumper was shipped folded in half with damage. Refuses to return phone calls & emails requesting shipping labels. Also sent the wrong bumper for my vehicle after carefully selecting my vehicle information (year make model). Bumper also had existing flex marks from being shipped folded. The business # is an automated greeting probably a pre-paid phone. This nightmare has been going on since Jan 10th, 2023. Refuses to call back or email to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service and business practice. Stay clear!!!!"

Didn’t want the cheesy looking generic black fender flares so I ordered them painted with color code from vehicle Vin number. Couldn’t be happier and looks amazing on my truck.
