"Booked an appointment to get an alarm installed on my truck here. The owner really goes into detail on the kind of products you might want to consider. He seemed like an honest guy and he does go out of his way to give you the best price possible. His techs did quality work so the pricing evens out in a way. They update you or let you know if any issues and will also go over the system once you are ready to go. I think that’s great that his techs communicate with the customer. Will definitely come back if I ever need anything else installed. Oh and they also have a good little waiting room!"

"These guys did great! Shawn the owner was communicative and on top of it from day 1. We had a BMW z4 (2003 vintage) that needed a radio overhaul to replace the factory radio (no Bluetooth, no USB, etc). They swapped it, replaced the speakers, we upgraded for a tiny job and sound dampening (it's a convertible)...wife loves it! The prices were right, and install on time. "My truck’s infontainment system screen was going nuts; a ghost clicking problem that was progressively getting worse. I had the replacement LCD screen and came to Car Audio Zone to get it installed. Shawn made sure I was aware of the time needed for the work and the cost. He made me feel like at home providing great attention and making sure my issue got resolved. Roman, the guy who worked on repairing the screen went beyond the mile. After we noticed there was a flickering issue with the new screen, he realized the real problem wasn’t actually the LCD screen (wich came defective from the seller) but was the touch screen pin. He placed my original screen back in no time in the meantime so I was able to obtain the screen pin needed for the repair and get to return the defective LCD screen.
