"I had an appointment for at 9:00am just to check the condition of a tire that was loosing air. It took about 2 hours for them to move the car from the parking lot to the inspection area. Seriously? Workers pretending to be busy while none was actually doing nothing. Two hours just to say that the tires are not repairable?? Never coming back to this place"
"I recently visited the Firestone location on Westheimer, and I am extremely pleased with the service. The team there was not only polite and professional but also exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They thoroughly checked my vehicle during the inspection, provided valuable recommendations, and I ended up purchasing four tires and opting for a brake flush. I highly recommend their services; they truly went above and beyond."
"Worst place to take your care if you happen to have an issue with your tires. For a flat tire I was just told to leave the car overnight because of a light rain and wind outside. They didn’t even bother even going outside to check on my tires. I came to the location on Voss and was service right away. The attendant didn’t even mind going outside on the rain to try to put air on the tire and then replace the tire. This location is the last time I’ll stop by two years ago took them 5 hours to fix a flat they always have and excuse or issue when you take your car there. If they don’t want to work I don’t understand why don’t close the location this employees are ruining the Firestone name. Worst place don’t even bother going there they are completely lazy lazy people Come to the Voss location they will help you right away without you leaving your car overnight to fix a flat."
"A mechanic refused to let my car go without changing the windshield wipers because they were apparently so bad. I just agreed to let them change them to get the pestering over with. then the windshield wiper fell off at an intersection the first time I turned my wipers on. Called this shop (the same one I got the windshield wipers at) about the issue and was told to come in for a replacement. I went in and they told me they didn’t know what I was talking about. Just all around bad experience for the high price you’re paying"
"I've been here a few times. I've always had decent service but the last time I went will definitely be my last. My wife and I both took our vehicles in mine first took about an hour for them to do an oil change. It's a 2016 highlander plug and filter very easy to access. I was doing my oil change at home and noticed they glued my bolt on It's definitely super glue not thread locker. Don't know why they did it, I've always been polite when in there so no reason for them to mess with me. When they called me I took my wife's truck to swap with mine. She's got a 2012 tundra bolt is easy to get to but the filter is above a skid plate which I've always had to take off to get to the filter. Within ten to fifteen minutes of dropping it off they called and said it was finished and ready to be picked up. I was out running errands so we showed up a couple hours after they called. When we were pulling up they were driving my wife's truck into the shop. I asked if it was ready and they said it was, when I asked why they were pulling it in the guy said he didn't know but he would find out. They immediately pulled it around and said they were making sure it was good. Not sure what that ment so I pulled the dipstick to check oil color it was slightly darker but mostly transparent. The oil level was a bit high on dipstick but I was also on a slight slope. Today I changed her oil at the house and from the looks of it they definitely left the filter in from 3 oil changes ago from when I changed it myself last. Also after I finished changing my oil I poured the old oil back into the bottles I used for the change but still had oil left over in the drain pan. Her truck is the 4.6L engine and calls for 7.9 quarts. I ended up using all 8 quarts anyways. I had about 3/4 of a quart left in the drain pan after I finished filling all the bottles brim full. Would say use this location with caution and inspect your vehicle closely after they do any service work."
