"A week ago I ordered an after market horn from their website. Website never confirmed the order, or gave me any order number after I entered in credit card payment. Ultimately tried to reprocess the payment, and ended up with a duplicate order. Instantly tried their “Live Chat” to correct my error and reverse the second order and charge... no agent came on and it had me e-mail them instead. Phone lines aren’t manned and mailbox is full. There is ZERO customer service, and I haven’t received a refund, a horn, or even spoke to anyone from the company yet. BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure of what you’re ordering and double-check your e-mail before assuming payment wasn’t processed. Very bad business practice, and hardly surprised now that I see the below reviews as well."

"Buyer beware. This is a chop shop plain and simple. Ordered some carbon fiber wrap for my vehicle interior. The wrap they sent looked nothing like the pictures displayed on google or their site, and in fact nothing like carbon fiber. I called the customer service number on the website and got someone from india who barely spoke english and was utterly useless in helping me find a solution. After the 20% "restocking fee" + return shipping + my time, its going to be cheaper to eat the cost than to return it."

"SCAM! I ordered a $314.93 stainless steel overhead cabinets for a dog grooming tub. It camed scratched up and rusted. I tried to contact them to return the item and was hung up on every time I got ahold of someone and told them why I was calling. Hopefully PayPal can help me get my money back."
