"If I could give zero stars I would ! 0/10 do not recommend , I came for a simple inspection and was advised on changing my windshields in order to pass inspection . I asked the inspector FERENCE BARNES got very rude and told me I was holding up his time by asking a question . I advised him I wanted to change the wipers and complete the inspection and he failed the inspection didn’t replace the wipers and then told me it was time for him to go to lunch and he’s the only inspector so I’ll have to come back before 15 days and STILL charged me for the infection . VERY RUDE , ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"I had communication and safety concerns about service. Freeze knocked out power in my car. I knew it had to be the alternator. I was told it was only the starter. They replaced my starter. I took my vehicle to them and had high hopes of resolution. Was charged about $300 for a starter. The manager told me my car was ready, and it needed a tune-up. I looked over recommendations, paid, signed, and left. Before leaving, I was told to let my car stay on because it was dead due to the car shutting off and just getting a new starter battery needed. 10 minutes later, my car started losing power. I and my daughter almost crashed. When I called the person who released the car, he said the manager called to notify him I needed an alternator, and he'd told me that. He then added an alternator to the recommendation list after I called. He told me the same thing was on my sheet. They treated me as though I made the mistake. I made it somewhere safe, but the scare of almost being hit due to a communication issue was enough to rate them no stars. They never sent or called about a towing in order to fix the problem. They wanted to charge me 180 to tow. After 6 hours of waiting, I had to pay 130 tow fees, and the employees did not take responsibility in the absence of the manager. No one called to check on me and my child or to rectify the issue due to them, not communicating a vital issue that put us in danger."
