"I recently replaced all 4 tires on my Cayman S. I ordered the tires and made a Saturday afternoon appointment online. I estimate I waited for maybe 45 minutes total from the time I came in to when the car was ready to go. When I got home, it looked like the driver rear tire was slightly under pressure. 5 hours later it was at 10 PSI. I refilled it, and it went flat overnight. Monday morning, I noted the other rear tire was at half pressure. I called Discount Tire ahead of time, and they assured me they would deal with it right away. So I filled both tires up, and took the car in. The diagnosis was that the valve stems were improperly seated- they replaced both stem seals and checked the front tires as well. All tires now holding pressure fine. I have to say the techs were extremely polite and made sure I was informed of what happened. They made it right, so I would have no problem going back again."

"The entire team was great! Came in with a completely flat tire, and the store was full of people from the moment they opened, but they were very fast to get us all processed, and very honest with wait times and expectations. I really appreciate the communication and efficiency of the team. They worked so hard to make sure we were all taken care of. They were able to change my tire and checked all of my other tires to make sure my truck was good to go, and had me out the door as quick as they can. Thank you so much to the entire team for your hard work, and for all you do. They also offer a military discount, which was an awesome bonus. Shout out to Chance & Kyle.
