"I checked in @ 11:30 for a 14:00 appt. They put me straight into a door. Security was great. They took my phone number and read it back to me. Gave me a door number to drop trailer in and said disconnect and park on the street and we’ll call when it’s ready. 5 hrs later they can’t be reached on the phone. Neither my dispatch nor the broker had any luck either. At 18:00 I drove back up to find out what was going on. Paperwork had been available for 2 hrs and no phone call. I asked why no call and this second shift guy tells me there was no phone number. I watched the first guy enter it and read it back to me. Competence is clearly an issue here. I always hope for a better experience when places have mostly really bad reviews. In my experience they were warranted here.Plenty of overnight parking on street."
