"I made a purchase for more than 800 dollars, after paying I put on a boot right there in the store and when I pulled it out of the leather lining I was left with it in my hand in the presence of all the employees. The manager did not want to give me a guarantee right then and there because according to him he did not have time to process it, but in truth I needed this shoe and his final answer was "come another day but if you use the boots I will not answer you", in the end I did not want to argue and while an employee of this store advised me to buy elsewhere because they have this bad habit there, I decided to leave this review for the good of the consumer and that the same thing does not happen to you."
