"Not sure who the middle aged woman is that typically closes the store and parks her personal vehicle at the front door but she is so unprofessional it's insane. This was my 4th-5th time encountering her and how she still has a job there is beyond me. Went in at 7:15 once and she sighed loudly and said "we close soon just so you know". This time time she locked everyone in the store at 7:42 when they close at 8 and then complained loudly to the customer in front of me in line about how she should just quit. Was throwing bags and clothes around and having a tantrum. Then finished my transaction and said "I'll be right there the door is locked." I'm sure she intended to finished with the other customers she had locked into the store first though. Catos is becoming infamous for POORLY behaved employees. It's sad."
"So you can’t work at this place unless you’re vaccinated? If you’re not vaccinated, they want you to get a Covid test once a week. In this day and age who can afford to do that once a week. Doesn’t make a lot of sense over half the people that shop there are not vaccinated. Midland cato fashion you lost out on a good employee."
"Came to the store and it should be open at 11am. The employee walks in 5 minutes until time to open with food. We waited for 20 minutes after 11 am still no sign of opening soon. There was 6 customers waiting and everybody just ended just leaving. Not a good way to run a business. But sure easy way to run customers off!"
"Store was clean and packed with merchandise. Plenty to choose from. Why a four was due to personal only 2 people there that I saw and one was really helpful (black woman) but the other acted to busy to help and when did speak was rude."
"They followed me around like I was going to steal something they got onto my daughter because she trying to find me some matching jewelry. All the clothes looked the same. Young people will have a problem shopping here. They need to broaden the variety here. A little customer service wouldn’t hurt either."
