"I am not a person who loves shopping in person, except when I come here. Nikki in the dress department is a gem! She helped me select dresses and they were both stunning! If they do not have it in your size she immediately asks when you need it and then offers to order it. This type of customer service is rare now days. They also have the best dress selection I have ever seen and in a large assortment of sizes. And last but certainly not least, Ashley at the Chanel counter is one of the best humans I have ever met."
"Veronica at the sunglasses department was extremely rude without a reason, I decided to take my business to sunglasses hut instead (since I’m shopping for $400-$500 sunglasses) and she told us “okay good” in Spanish, basically stating Good Riddance. I’ve never experienced such disturbance."
