"attempted to buy a lingerie set here… when I went to pay it said my card was declined I got on the phone with my card company and they continued to tell me it was the register not working and not the card I told this to the cashier and instead of allowing me to check out at a different register she only told me it wasn’t the registers issue. right after I went to Cindies and my card worked just fine. Very unhelpful service n I couldn’t even purchase the item I wanted"

"I came in to purchase shoes. I was never greeted or asked if I needed anything. I walked around the shoe department looking at boots while I waited since it seemed they were busy with other guests. However when they were free they went on and completely ignored me. Even other people came up and they were tended to right away. So disappointing. I guess if you're not white and look a certain way you're not important. I honestly don't think I will be back. I'll just stick to online shopping."
