"Only people working was in the back with her young daughter. I asked if I was going to be helped and she screamed out there’s a self checkout but I was needing cigarettes. Her name is Jeannette however you spell it and she came out the back to let me know she will not be servicing me in her dirty unorganized store. Very unprofessional! When I asked for her corporate number she told me to google it! I wouldn’t be surprised if Jeanette isn’t even her name. I understand that stuff happens and people get tied up but customer service is important and she lacks that and respect! I will never come back to this store!"

"This seems to be a high volume store. Been in 3-4 times and cashier gets a line of 10 or more in line, nobody calls out for cashier assistance to move the line faster. Seen quite a few customers drop their selections and leave because line is moving too slow!! People stocking shelves couldn't care less about the waiting customers... Poor customer service plan and no customer will disagree !! District Manager should be informed but, they probably don't care either..."

"Convenient store to get what you need in a flash. Also free WiFi for those struggling during pandemic and don't have money for WiFi at your residence. One complaint is they don't sell charcoal during the winter as for it is a seasonal item stocked"

"Ive been going to this store for a year now and it was always dirty and disorganized. I went tonight and was very impressed of how clean and organized the store is. The staff was also actually working instead of playing around. I'm not sure if there is a change in management but great job!"

"The items are always fine, but the cashier with with long fake nails, and the rude, condescending, and impatient attitude ruins every experience I ever have with her. Because she refused to do her job, I was charged twice, for an item she refused to give me, because her computer had an issue, and required her to call customer service. Granted, it was an item that was $1.95, so I only ended up losing $3.90, but the fact remains that, had she been willing to actually do her job, it never would have happened. Her attitude makes me wonder why she works in a job where she deals with other people."
