"The sushi is passable, but the customer service is horrible. When I called to ask for directions, the person answering the phone hung up on me. I then called back, and the phone kept ringing, and no one answered. The restaurant has a Main Street address, but you have to go downstairs through the McKinney Tunnel to get your the restaurant. When I finally found the restaurant, the staff was rude and unpleasant."
"not trying to be unduly mean, but the tonkatsu ramen was the worst I've ever had, apart from maru chan instant ramen. Broth was nearly flavorless, and the chashu was seemingly pork loin instead of pork belly. The egg was hard boiled instead of softboild and hadn't even been soaked in mirin/soysauce, just a regular hard boiled egg half. Sushi seemed a bit overpriced for sitting there at the counter, unrefrigerated."
"since this new place very close to where i work, i think the taste just fine, but some of the sushi will falling apart when you pick them up. ramen ok but the soup base was pretty salty. not too bad but not the best."
