Pizza Hut

"I ordered online at 12:55 pm the app gave me an estimated delivery time of within 45 to 60 minutes. At 1:37 I got a text it was out for delivery and would be to my house within 25 minutes. We waited till 2:15 I called the location, the first time I called, she called the driver he told her he just turned on my street he would be there shortly. We waited another 15 minutes called again no answer. I continued calling but had to press 1 for ordering to get an answer. If I pressed to speak to someone I was just disconnected every time. The person answering the phone said they would transfer me to the manager. At this point it was 3 pm and still no pizza when he was suppose to be turning on my street at 2:15 pm. I called to just cancel the order it was a 70 dollar purchase we were starving I just wanted my money back to buy something else. The manager never picked up the phone when I did get in touch with customer service they told me a manager would call me back which guess what they never did. I called my bank to dispute the charges since I never received the pizza. At 4:12 pm my neighbor called me saying when they got home my pizza order was on there door step. The moron driver delivered to the wrong address. My pizza order had been sitting outside for over 2 hours until my neighbor got home and saw it. I know for a fact they had the right address. I verified it on the app and every time I called I verified it over the phone. It even had my correct address on the ticket attached to the pizza 13406 but he put it on 13404 doorstep. Still disputing charges with the bank I am not paying for old cold pizza!!! First and last time to order from this Pizza Hut or any other!!!"

"Would give negative stars if I could. Ordered online at 8am for a 1:45 delivery at my sons 6th birthday party. Pizza didn’t show up until 2:20 and the party location had a 2:30 hard stop for the party. Nothing like 30 4,5,6 and 7 year olds hungry and waiting for food. Tried calling 13 times and no one knows how to answer the phone apparently. Horrible experience!"

"Ordered my pizza online last night and had it delivered. ALL WRONG! I paid extra for pan crust and it came as hand tossed. Placed instructions for it to be cut into squares, it came as big slices. I’m extremely upset about it. It also took forever for me to get it so by that time I was starving. This reminded me exactly why I don’t order from Pizza Hut especially at that location."

"This was the first time I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut in a long time. I ordered through their app and when I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it by my name or phone number and then they asked if I had one number. It took me forever to find it in the app and the employee had no idea where to find it either. By the time I had the number, they had found my order. That was a little annoying, but the food definitely made up for it. I ordered a thin tomato and onion pizza and it was simply delicious, and seemed to have free extra cheese, too. I also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo which I also really enjoyed. The cheese bread and cinnamon bread, not so much. Overall though, I was happy with my choice for dinner that night. And even though they initially couldn’t locate my order, it was already there when I arrived, which was less than 10 minutes from the time I placed the order. I wish they had more coupons for smaller meals, as everything caters to families with the need for a lot of food. Overall, I recommend the location for quick, good take out."

"If there was an option for negative stars, I would. Aside from constant issues, the manager on tonight just could not care. I spent over 50.oo and got none of my special requests. After talking to the manager, couldn't care less. Showed up to the store, the manager, Jenny, wouldn't even talk to me. Just a disappointment. Filed a complaint to corporate. The main pizza wrong. Ordered thin crust, extra sauce, sauce and cheese the edge with extra cheese... nothing done, crust was hard as a rock."
