"Went here on a Friday for the 6 pm sitting. My friend & I were celebrating our 40th birthdays & they had personalized name cards on our plates with Happy 40th written on them. Very cute. There are only 12 seats in a very intimate setting, a “chef’s table” format, where you can see them doing a bit of the prep & putting final touches on the dishes. It’s a 15 course omakase (tasting menu) for $175 with an optional sake or wine pairing for an additional $75. After tax & tip you’re looking at over $300 per person, but this is normal for this type of experience. It’s definitely a special experience & a lot of fun! Great for a special occasion."

"I can not say enough about this Omakase. This is THEE best one I have tried in Houston. The menu was inspired, you can tell they take great pride in their menu planning and preparation. It’s like going to an intimate party thrown by your good friends that love what they do and want to share their gift. The pacing of the tastings was well done. The offerings were bold. I just don’t understand how these complex flavors came together so spectacularly. Every bite was well layered and unique. Even the nigiri pieces were bright and exciting. It was a joy to eat. I literally want to come back every other month as the menu changes. It was just a great meal from start to finish!"
