UMI SUSHI & SEAFOOD BUFFET

"I visited around 5pm on a Sunday and got seated right away. They offer a wide range of sushi, ramen, seafood like lobster, clams, and snails, and even soft drinks and bubble tea included in the price. Service was good, tables were cleaned quickly. Overall, it's a good value for the money."

"This review has a collection of pictures taken during a few visits including both lunch and dinner, all weekdays.  Each of these pictures tell a thousand words replacing much writing about food. Our favorites were definitely the lobsters, Thai tea, and the noodles with pork bone broth.  We wish the abalone were more fresh and tender as we had been spoiled with freshly harvested ones in S. Korea. During all these weekday visits, the place was not crowded and there was plenty of food without having to wait or fight (as some reviewers experienced in their visits).  I assume the grand opening craze had already been over.  On the other hand, unfortunately, during our first visit, the ramen guy (with tattooed arms) was having a bad day.  He worked with one hand only while he was holding his phone with right hand talking all the time.  He never worked on the noodles we politely requested.  Had there been a manager in charge (everyone was young servers that we noticed), we would have pointed that out on the spot.  Fortunately, this ramen guy was nowhere to be seen in our subsequent visits. $19/$39 commensurate with lunch/dinner dining experience.  Overall, it's a solid 4 stars."

"If you’re looking for a Seafood Buffet, this is definitely the place you want to be. This place gets extremely packed. Dinner for adult is about $40 per person. Buffet and drinks included. The food was really good, fresh, and they even have milk teas like boba tea without the tapioca. They also have soup, a grill for steaks, raw and cooked sushi, etc. Even though the buffet was super crowded, the staff were working really hard to keep things going efficiently."

"We went for my Birthday Jan 9, we made it around 7pm my husband and I. The place was packed. We signed in to be called to a seat, it took like 2 minutes or less, I thought it would have taken longer but it didn’t. The food was hot and refilled, the noodle bar was amazing. No one told me to write this review. I definitely will return"

"Food was great an fresh. Bathroom could be a little cleaner but due to how busy they are it was decently maintained. Lobster was good however 20 min average wait time before refilling. You need to be the first 6 people in line in order to get more than a piece of lobster when it comes out. Sushi an sashimi was good an fresh nice selection as well. Atmosphere was very nice along with decor. Servicec was great table stayed bused an drinks refilled. Only thing is they started removing an not refilling dessert bar around 9:15 when they close at 10pm. So wasn't able to try the dessert I saw when I got there."
