"It is the most ridiculous place ive ever seen during the covid "crisis". When ppl want to order parts for an immediate emergency u cant because they only allow 3 ppl in the parts ordering department at a time. When everybody else gets to come and go freely. When u call in parts, sometimes u wait outside 45 minutes at a time when the emergency is over and done with. Everybody packed up and went home on location. Its absolutely absurd. Im from one of the biggest contributors from wagner in our area and we're thinking about switching to john deer because it will be cheaper in the long run."
