"Went in to pick up some items and it was not busy around this hour. Grabbed my items and stood at the counter ready to pay along with another gentleman behind me with hands full. We stood there a good 10 minutes waiting to get checked out. An employee checked someone out and proceeded to walk off while still waiting to be checked out. Employee comes up asked me if I found all ok and said yes other than waiting 10 minutes and he started going off. Randy Steddum, Commercial Manager, was very unprofessional in his title that he holds. Started mouthing off and being very rude and telling us to get out! Being in the retail/customer service industry myself for over 30 years, his behavior was not acceptable and professional none whatsoever!"
