"Was treated ugly by a man named Jose who said he was the district manager, hung up on 4 times just trying to get answers for a tire replacement! Would not allow me to talk and kept talking over me. Called another store in Texas to figure out how to get our tire replaced, the upper management happened to be at that office and got us well taken care of so thank you to Nick in Mansfield! Once we are paid off we will not be doing business here again to overpriced for how they treat their customers!"
