"We were craving for Ramen and because the review was good, we decided to come. We all ordered tonkatsu Ramen and it disappointed us. The broth was salty, the meat was thick and kind of hard (does not melt in my mouth). We also had fried rice with pork and this time it lacks flavor. Gyoza was okay. Staff, service, ambiance, cleanliness are great. Parking is ample at the side of the restaurant."
"My friend found this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. Upon arrival, we were met with a pleasant, subtle, and friendly environment. Ordering food took just a bit but didn't take too long. After ordering the Chashu don, it took a good while before the food had arrived at the table. The Chashu don was great though! The pork had this really good savory taste and in combination with the rice was pretty fulfilling. I left the place pretty satisfied and content. In short, the food is great and the place is great as well."
"I had been wanting to eat here for a while and finally went. The food was tasty! I asked for my order to be spicy and it most certainly was! I like the fact that the chef is right there cooking ur food. It wasn't too crowded when I went but I know it stays busy. The parking was difficult, which can be a turn-off but it's still worth the visit. I had a lunch special chicken & rice. I'm going back for a pho/ramen meal."
"AMAZING! From the customer service to the food, I have never had a bad experience here. We were greeted by Samantha and she had the best energy even after dealing with a very rude and unpleasant customer. It was evident he just wanted to take his frustration out on her and not genuinely seek a resolution with a pickup order on a very busy Saturday night at the best ramen spot in San Antonio. She handled herself in a professional manner in a tense situation and I was impressed with her. She even suggested a really great plum wine that I’ll be ordering from now on for future visits. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait for my next Kimura fix. :) PS- the house spice is a MUST add-on!"
