"Went in there today looking for a bolt for my moving dolly, Mr. Jacques Mailhot noticed the wheel was actually broken, rather than trying to hike me over a fence with unnecessary purchases, out of kindness on his part and his high standards of professionalism in store, he took it upon himself to fix my wheel in store. You won’t find this kind of customer service at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Will definitely be a return customer here!"

"BEWARE OF REFUNDS.I bought a $30 hose that sprang a leak within 2 weeks. I returned it for a refund and was told this particular one isn't high quality and comes back often. I asked for a better one. They applied my $30 toward a new, better one and charged $16 more. No problem. However the one they gave me turned out to not be the same kind of retractable hose I wanted. I took it back the next day for a refund. They would only refund the extra $16, not my original $30. They kept saying I got the $30 when they applied it toward the new hose. I said I should get the full refund since I had returned both hoses--$30 plus $16. They repeated that I could only get the $16 refund. "That's how it works." I debated this with the manager for a long time and couldn't get through to him that I had paid $30 plus $16 and should get $30 plus $16 back. He insisted that I would only get the $16. "It would be like us giving you money." Uhhh yeah, money I gave you! The sales clerk entering everything in the computer leaned over to the manager and whispered that they had to give me $48. I guess that's what the computer told them. When I spoke to the manger two weeks later, he still insisted I only deserved $16. I've been an Ace Harare customer for 40 years but will never step foot in that store again."

"Amazing service! We needed help finding a part for our RV gas line and the manager went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed. All the employees working on Thursday Oct 27th were wonderful! They were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They were able to set us up with what we needed and provided excellent, personal attention. If we lived in the area it would definitely be our go to hardware store!"
