"Every time I try to go to this location, they rarely take my stuff. Any other location I am able to make an “offer”. The employees are not the friendliest people and will look at you up and down before taking any of your items. I will no longer be going to this location. Do better Pearland."

"Brought in nice clothes, some new with tags. I made sure it was the type and brands listed on their website in good conditions, if not new. I read all their requirements available online thinking that maybe the bad reviews were from people that don't follow instructions but I was mistaken.They didn't take any item and no explanation was provided. I stayed there the whole time and they weren't even looking at the clothes when going thru them. They were just talking to each other."

"NOT CLEAN! Came right at 11:00 when they opened on Sunday to turn in some clothes for cash. I found pants I liked so I tried them on while waiting. Dressing room had clothing tags and security tags on the ground. I noticed them, but didn’t think much of it. As soon as I stick my foot out of the pants I’m trying on I step on the needle of the security tag. Mind you, I came at exactly when they opened it, so no cleaning was done the night prior or the morning prior to opening. When I yelled in pain and poked my head out to let them know, no one said a word to me, nor apologize to me. One lady just stuck her hand out and took it. I come here every once in a while, I just finally had enough, previously when I came someone peed in the dressing room and I wasn’t clean either! Don’t go here unless you plan on getting a tetanus shot!"
