"It's a mediocre parts place. Edit after reply: I got to all the local parts stores, this one is the smallest with the least helpful staff. It's also the closest, so I still go back occasionally, but the impression is never better than above."

"I called asking for a certain brand of oil and the guy that answered said he’s never heard of that brand and they don’t carry it and proceeded to hang up I called back and another person answers I say that I want to speak to a manager and he ignores my request and proceeds to find the oil that the first guy rudely said they don’t carry and ignores my complaint"

"Husband called regarding a specific part. Had a whole conversation with someone at this location, they told him they had one in stock. I went to pick it up. It wasn’t on the shelf so when I went to the front I explained that it says there aren’t any online but my husband called, and was told that they found a “small stash” of them in the back so they did have one in stock. The guy looks it up and says “yeah, I talked to him. Like I explained to him, it’s a supply issue. Look at this, you see these? Those are zeros. That means we don’t have any”. I’m very thrown off because that response was unnecessarily rude, so I re-explain the conversation my husband had minutes before I got there and the guy says “no I didn’t tell him any of that”. I wanted to ask if it was possible he spoke with someone else because he had a whole conversation with someone about trucks and this part and how it’s harder to find so he obviously didn’t just make this conversation up. But at this point, between the tone of voice, body language, and his condescending response told me this guy isn’t going to treat me with any amount of respect."
