"Went in for a flat tire check up and 4 HOURS 37 MINUTES LATER I was done. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to talk to the manager Joe who was working on the car. A bit of conflict of interest. Just let me know I’m going to be there for 5 hours so I have the opportunity to go elsewhere. The staff were kind otherwise. If you have 5 hours to change a flat go here."

"An hour into a 10 hour drive and I got a flat tire on the toll road. On a Sunday nothing is open in Texas so I stopped into this Walmart to get a tire change as I didn't want to ride on a donut for the rest of the trip in the rain. The tech Juan and the cashier Sandra really helped. They didn't have a lot of spots open for me as it was early on a Sunday morning and there were appointments but they got me in as fast as they could and got me back on the road. I really appreciate how they knew I wasn't from the area and was not having a pleasant morning. They deserve raises!"

"My experience here has been hit and miss. If you only need an oil change, you should be fine to arrive when they open. If you need anything else done, you’re taking a chance on getting what you need done. I’ve been quoted anywhere from one hour to three hours to wait (even with an appointment) for a tech who can perform the service to come in. Overnight manager Trudie and Automotive Service Associate Guillermo were attentive and apologetic. I also spoke with the store manager Thomas who was ultimately able to assist with a resolution. Not an ideal experience but I am happy to have it resolve in timely manner. Also, a huge thank you to Eclipse for coming in early to assist. It’s not an ideal situation for anyone involved to have to call someone in early. I thanked him in person and want to highlight his commitment here too. Thank you again. For those of you reading this: Be knowledgeable about what you need done, how long it should take and what it should cost. Verify, always. Ask for a manager to clarify if you have to.
