"Ordered a small part for my sprinter over two weeks ago in person, they told me 2 days + they'd mail it USPS. I paid for it all at the time of order and asked for a call when it arrived. No call, nothing two weeks later. I call and the service agent said he could see the part arrived but didn't know where it was and would call me back. No call back. I tried calling again the next day they put me on hold immediately for 10 minutes and never picked back up. Now I get to dispute the charge. Terrible customer service, really disappointed."
