"My husband's Ford Escape wouldn't start Took it to this dealership and got the Worst Sevice Ever!! Not only did they keep it for over a month, everytime he received an update they would say it was ready but then a call later saying it wasn't ready and the price was raised $1700-$2000 more! Finally had to a set price and on the day of pick up was told it also needed a new battery and a new one had just been put in a month b4! Had him pick ups battery from the dealership and when took back to Auto Zone it wasn't even his original battery it was a Ford Battery! Needless to say it took 5 hours running back and forth to the dealership and his vehicle is still Not Ready! Never will I suggest Ford Automation to Not Even someone I Hate! Worst Experience Ever!!!!"

"I purchased a vehicle with existing problems. I was advised parts were on order and when the parts came in I would be contacted for installation. I noticed a check engine light and took it back to the dealership to get it checked. I was advised they ordered a part to resolve the issue and it wouldn’t effect my driving, and to wait for them to contact me. To shorten this extremely long story.. I got stranded out of town with the car. It’s been 5 days and the car is still out of town broken down and it’s still not being repaired as we speak it’s just sitting... no one is returning phone calls."
