"came into store and bought a set of breaks the breaks was used and not even the right kind for my vehicle the part i bought was supposed to be brand new and was it clearly a used part this store has terrible customer service everyone is rude and blames another worker for whatever the mistake is instead of just fixing it."

"Very rude customer service. I arrived and parked and was quickly told to move my truck because I would block there truck. I saw no truck but I moved and no truck ever showed up so I am not sure what this guy was talking about. Strangely all the time I was there they had a parts truck outside and it was left running all the time I was there. I walked inside and nobody moved to help me 2 ladies just sat there talking. Eventually the same guy that told me to move my truck helped me and when I found an extra part I did not need I asked him to remove it and he said I just pull parts so I had to call the main office. I told them how rude they were and the guy that answered the phone told me that location has a bad reputation. Unless you are a very patient person I would say go to another location."

"Terrible service at this location, by one in particular. I didn’t catch her name, she’s a real skinny Hispanic that appears to be a shift leader. I called an order in and showed up to pay for it as they didn’t have it in stock. After that I walked out and realized I needed to put an order in for a 3 dollar gasket that the csr forgot to put in the order. So I went back in and there she was looking at me with an attitude because it was close to closing time. Then she tells me to call that number to put the order in if I want my part. Then she just throws my change in my hand and some fell on the counter. Usually it’s a guy that helps me when I go in, his service is awesome. In this case he would have apologized for the error and fixed it with simple clicks on they’re keyboard ⌨️. It’s simple stuff, no need for an attitude!"
