Mr chris proceeded to argue over a military discount with me while I'm holding my military ID. The store manager and regional manager needs to be aware of his actions and attitude before someone takes things out of hand."

"I was being served by Alfred. I asked him if he had a part number that another O'Reilly's wrote down for me. He spoke all over me and asked for the year and make of my vehicle. I told him. He asked me is that you parked in the handicap parking? I said yes. He told me I needed to move my vehicle. I told him where I'm parked has nothing to do with him doing his job plus I have a sticker. He walked away and started helping someone else. I spoke to Juan who supposed to be a manager. He said he wrong for saying that but he didn't know what he was supposed to do about it. I will be making a formal complaint."
