"Went to the store to get my battery tested the manager BJ said it was good. It must be my starter or alternator. It wasn't either went to auto zone across the street and was determined it was my battery that was bad. How many people has she not does this too? People come here thinking they will be honest with you. Sad it's not true..."

Mgr rude, over the phone, couldn't answer a simple question... instead started with attitude.. that way you stop making more questions... like a open ended conversation... not good for a store manager. to act like that.. Ashamed of you. Some people like that.. she is that kind.! I hope she realizes that reilly is making her check and that we shoppers are contributing. We do not owe you anything, we pay for every time we get something from this stores."

"A employee named Daniel attended my call and he was very rude and not supportive. He insisted for me to call another store so i can get the help i need then he rudely hung up the phone. If he doesn't know how to help someone or doesn’t know what he’s doing then he shouldn’t be working for oreilly’s."

"I used to love this place, but not anymore, the employees don't like to help people to get the right staff for their cars, when my wife came back to exchange a auto part. A Spanish lady told my wife that my ingles was very bad and she said tha she herd that, racist Hispanic with another Hispanic, she is bilingual, so my wife told her that if she saw some body ho needs to be translated, why she didn't offer to help, very rude manager and employees at that time. Im not coming back."
