"This place says that they can no longer return parts to you if the part is even proven to be dysfunctional. That their warranties only cover replacement parts. My question is, what if we need to replace those parts because these didn't do the job? Why can I not replace that with something better. This place is terrible service, terrible people it feels like work here, they try to sell you parts that they can't even determine are good or even whole. And this place is just horrible. This place saddens me because of how terrible companies can be and still be in existence."
